Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

The seller is Paddle.com (merchant of record). To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Paddle of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example an email through the link in your order confirmation). You can also send the statement to the address in the Impressum; it is then forwarded to Paddle without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period ends.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments made for it are refunded without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day your notice of withdrawal is received. The refund uses the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no case are you charged any fees because of the refund.

If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you pay a reasonable amount that corresponds to the part of the service already provided until your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the service in the contract.

Cancelling instead of withdrawing

Apart from the withdrawal, you can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the period you paid for (section 5 of the terms). The app and sync are not affected and stay free.
